Shipping
General shipping information

As we apply pre-order system to our production, please allow us 20-25 days for Thailand orders and 30-45 days for international orders to produce and deliver. The mentioned period includes delivery time. The orders will be processed after they have been finished and the customers will be informed the tracking numbers when they have been shipped via the respective shopping channels: shopping on www.nunntaa.com by email and on Chat & Shop by the respective platform.
Thailand shipping

We offer free standard shipping for all orders to be shipped to addresses within Thailand. It takes approximately 2-3 days to deliver.

International shipping
​
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam, Switzerland, the US and Canada. Please note that the shipping charge does not include the duties, levies, taxes and/or fees required by the authorities of the destination country for customs clearance. Those possible assessed customs duties, levies, taxes and/or fees shall be payable when the product arrives the destination country and borne by the product receiver.
Return
We accept all returns that meet the following criteria:

1. Return requests must be submitted by email to nunntaa@gmail.com within 14 days after delivering. Items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
2. All returns must be in sellable original, unused, undamaged condition with all garment tags attached. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
3. Please complete the return form attached with and follow the steps described in, the correspondent email.
Refund
You will be refunded in full price when your return is accepted and confirmed by email. Shipping cost and any charges, duties, taxes and/or fees in connection with your order, normally paid upon receipt of the order directly to the applicable authorities, you acknowledge that (1) you must seek reimbursement directly from the applicable authority in your country, (2) it will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country, (c) we cannot guarantee that such claim will be successful and (d) the shipping charge will not be refunded.
